Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Country brand. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Return Eligibility
  • We accept returns on all full-priced T-shirts & accessories Items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, damage and in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Sale items or customized products (including personalized prints) are non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Health care and Wellness packs/Products (Cream, Lotion, Shampoo, Perfumes ,Vitamins .etc) not allowed for returns back.
  1. How to Return an ItemTo initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at +94 0742009399 with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • Step 2: You will receive a Return Authorization(RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, include your original order receipt, and clearly write the RA number on the package.
  • Step 4: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Policy

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  2. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges If you would like to exchange your T-shirt for a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at +94 0742009399 or info.countrybrand@gmail.com .We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund or replacement, at your preference, as quickly as possible.

Shipping returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
